That curiosity led me down a rabbit hole of alternative training methods—kettlebells, clubs, maces, calisthenics, martial arts conditioning, sandbags, isometrics, and more. I became obsessed with how these tools and modalities could unlock new levels of movement, tendon strength, and athleticism. Along the way, I earned certifications, trained with experts from around the world, and experimented relentlessly on myself and my clients.
