I'm Kamini Wood, a trauma-informed coach, speaker, author, and the creator of the FREEDOM program.
This work is personal to me. I've navigated my own version of losing myself in a relationship and finding my way back, and I remember exactly how disorienting that middle part feels. I don't lead with my story because this space is for yours. But know that when I say healing is possible, I'm not speaking in the abstract.
I've spent over a decade directly coaching people through the moments where their inner world stops matching their outer life. In recent years, that work led me deeper into recovery from narcissistic and toxic relationships. And here's what I've learned: the hardest part isn't leaving. It's the patterns that follow you out.
The people-pleasing. The second-guessing. The apologizing for things that were never yours. These aren't character flaws. They're survival patterns, adaptations your nervous system built to keep you safe in a relationship where safety wasn't guaranteed. They made sense then. They're costing you now.
That distinction changed everything in my work. You can't shame yourself out of a survival pattern. You can only understand it, thank it for what it did, and slowly teach your system that it's safe to put it down.
My training includes applied positive psychology at the University of Pennsylvania, along with multiple certifications, including strengths-based and behavioral frameworks. I'm the author of OM: Life's Gentle Reminders. But what shaped this app most is the time spent with clients rebuilding after relationships that taught them to disappear.
This app brings that work to you. The same tools, the same pacing, the same structure I use with private clients, designed so you can move through it at your own speed, in your own space, without performing your healing for anyone.
You adapted to survive. Now you get to choose differently.
I'm glad you're here.
