My journey has been anything but easy. I survived being sex trafficked for 2.5 years and endured unimaginable abuse during that time. At 18, I lost my father unexpectedly, and by 21, I became a single mom—again at 25. My youngest child is high functioning Autistic, and every day I navigate the challenges of parenting, mental health, and chronic physical health issues. I know firsthand what it feels like to be dismissed, overlooked, or told that my pain isn’t real because of my age or circumstances.
Through all of this, I’ve learned that no one knows our bodies, minds, or hearts better than we do. I became my own biggest advocate, and I want to help others do the same. I created this app to be a safe, judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are—whether you’re facing grief, parenting challenges, body image struggles, or the aftermath of trauma. I want you to feel seen, heard, and supported every single day.
This app is built on the belief that daily check-ins, honest reflection, and tracking your progress—through voice notes or video—can be transformative. I designed every feature with compassion and authenticity, drawing from my own experiences as a survivor, a mother, and someone who still faces mental and physical health challenges.
My hope is that this app becomes a trusted companion in your daily life, helping you advocate for yourself, celebrate your wins, and navigate the hard days. You are not alone, and I care deeply about your journey.
