My journey into this work didn't begin during one of the best seasons of my life—it began during one of the hardest. While navigating a divorce, raising four children, and rebuilding my life from the ground up, I discovered firsthand how powerful simple practices like breathwork, movement, and mindfulness could be.
What started as a personal lifeline became a lifelong passion. I immersed myself in yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and nervous system regulation—not because I was looking for a new career, but because I was looking for a way forward.
I created this app to make those tools accessible to anyone, anywhere. My hope is that these simple daily practices help you feel calmer, more resilient, and more connected to yourself.
