My journey began in the aftermath of years spent navigating the confusion, self-doubt, and emotional chaos that comes from growing up with narcissistic caregivers and enduring toxic relationships. For a long time, I didn’t even realize how deeply these experiences had shaped my nervous system, my boundaries, and my sense of self-worth. Like so many survivors, I internalized the gaslighting and criticism, believing I was the problem and struggling to trust my own reality.
I know what it feels like to live in survival mode after narcissistic abuse. Second-guessing yourself, over-explaining, scanning for danger, and feeling guilty for having boundaries.
For me, survival mode didn't stay emotional. Years of repressed trauma eventually manifested as debilitating physical chronic pain; migraines, nerve pain, TMJ dysfunction, carpal tunnel syndrome, just to name a few. It wasn't until I did the actual nervous system work that the pain finally resolved. That's when I understood: narcissistic abuse doesn't just live in your head. It lives in your body. And that's exactly where healing has to happen, because the Mind-Body connection is REAL.
The support I found often felt too generic, too clinical, or too disconnected from what narcissistic abuse actually does to your body and mind. I didn’t need more “just let it go” advice. I needed practical tools for the moments when I was triggered, spiralling, frozen, angry, or doubting my own reality.
My own healing journey inspired me to become a life coach so I could help other people. My certifications include:
* Certified Professional Life Coach
* Certified Mind Body Fitness Coach
* Certified Stress Management Coach
* Certified SafeSpace Trauma Informed Facilitator
And that's why I created Let’s Get Your Shift Together. This is daily nervous system healing support for survivors who are ready to feel safe in their bodies again, trust themselves again, and build a life that is no longer organized around someone else’s dysfunction.
My hope is that this app becomes a steady place to come back to when you feel confused, dysregulated, guilty, angry, or alone. Healing from narcissistic abuse is not about becoming someone new. It’s about coming back to yourself: your voice, your body, your reality, your peace.
