Early on, Lucy discovered a deep passion for natural, holistic approaches, and for helping the people around her feel their best through nourishment and lifestyle. When someone close to her faced a serious health crisis, she devoted herself to studying how daily nourishment and lifestyle shape the way we feel. That experience revealed how powerfully the body responds when it is cared for with intention.
During the pandemic, Lucy made the decision to go fully plant-based, applying everything she had learned over the years. She went on to become certified in Plant-Based Nutrition through the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, and her writing on women's health has been featured in Vitality magazine. She is the founder of a vitality platform rooted in nourishment, movement, and intentional living.
That lived experience shaped the foundation of her approach and ultimately inspired the creation of the Nourish • Restore • Thrive Method™, a framework that helps women build the vitality and longevity their bodies are truly capable of, one daily practice at a time.
