Marina Lukoschat
Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Host of The Art of Listening Podcast. My intention is to create a space where you can listen within—to the silence and stillness—and hear your inner voice again. My yoga, meditation, and silence practice nourish my writing, poetry, and journaling, ways I process what I feel and invite you to reflect too.
Traveling the world and living in different places eventually led me to ask deeper questions about life, purpose, and what it truly means to feel at home within myself.
When I first discovered yoga, it began as a physical practice, but over time it became so much more. My mat was, and still is, a safe space where I come home to myself, feel my body, mind, and heart, and quiet some of the noise around me. Meditation, breathwork, journaling, and small daily rituals became part of that return.
Over the years, I have shared yoga through classes, retreats, workshops, events, and one-to-one sessions. What I love most is creating space for people to pause, breathe, and listen. This is less about doing a practice perfectly and more about making room to hear your own voice, beneath the layers of expectation and conditioning. Through yoga, meditation, and reflection, I invite you to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels steady, personal, and true to you.
