Traveling the world and living in different places eventually led me to ask deeper questions about life, purpose, and what it truly means to feel at home within myself.
When I first discovered yoga, it began as a physical practice, but over time it became so much more. It helped me reconnect with my body, slow down, and build a deeper relationship with myself. Meditation, breathwork, journaling, and daily rituals soon became part of that journey too.
Over the years, I’ve shared yoga through classes, retreats, workshops, events, and one-to-one sessions. What I love most is creating spaces that invite people to slow down, listen, and reconnect with themselves.
This love for listening also inspired me to create my podcast, The Art of Listening — a space for conversations, stories, and reflections that invite us to slow down and listen a little more deeply.
Writing and reflection have been part of my daily life for many years. I love weaving simple journaling prompts and moments of self-inquiry into my work, creating opportunities to pause, check in, and listen more deeply.
I created this app to share the practices that have supported me throughout the years and that I continue to share with my students. My intention is not to add another thing to your day, but to offer a space where you can pause, breathe, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
Whether it’s through yoga or movement, meditation, breathwork, or writing, I hope this space supports you in creating small moments of presence and self-connection throughout your day.
Thank you for being here.
