For a long time, I struggled with anxiety, heavy emotions, and feeling disconnected from myself. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed and not know how to just sit with what’s going on inside. Most of my life, I was trying to escape it or fix it instead of actually being with it.
I spent years searching. Reading books, trying different things, going through a lot of ups and downs. Some things helped for a little while, but nothing really stuck until I found meditation, Reiki, and doing deeper inner work. That’s when things started to shift for me in a real way.
I learned how to slow down. How to sit with myself. How to feel what was there without running from it. And over time, I started to feel more grounded, more clear, and more at peace in a way that actually felt real.
As I went through that process, I realized I wasn’t the only one feeling this way. So many people are dealing with the same kind of inner struggle, just quietly. That’s what led me to start sharing what helped me. Not complicated methods or anything overwhelming.
Just simple, honest practices that people can actually use when they’re not feeling okay.
