I’ve spent my life at the intersection of high performance and deep psychology. As a former Division I athlete, I know firsthand what it’s like to chase big goals while quietly battling the internal barriers that no one else can see—performance anxiety, perfectionism, and the relentless pressure to always do more. I tried every planner, every productivity hack, and every surface-level habit tracker, but nothing truly shifted until I learned to work with the subconscious mind—the real driver of behavior.
My journey led me to clinical psychology, where I trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, somatic modalities, and clinical hypnotherapy. I saw how powerful these tools could be, but also how inaccessible and clinical they often felt for people who just wanted to perform at their best. I wanted to bridge the gap between science-backed mental skills and the lived experience of high-achievers—athletes, professionals, and anyone who feels like they’re stuck just below their true potential.
That’s why I built this app: to make clinically-informed mental performance coaching accessible, actionable, and genuinely transformative. Every audio, exercise, and framework in the app is something I’ve used with my own clients and in my own life. My approach is rooted in evidence, but delivered with warmth, humor, and a deep respect for the courage it takes to do this work.
