Most plans seemed to assume unlimited time and energy—something I definitely didn’t have!
That’s what inspired me to become a triathlon coach with a focus on nutrition and overall well being. Over the years, I’ve worked with athletes of all backgrounds, from first-timers to seasoned competitors, and I’ve seen how the right support and flexibility can make all the difference. I’ve also helped countless parents and families discover that it’s possible to pursue big goals without sacrificing wellness or togetherness.
