As a lifelong athlete and a mom, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to balance training, family, and everything else life throws your way. When I first started training for triathlons, I struggled to find a program that fit my unpredictable schedule and addressed the unique needs of parents and busy professionals. Most plans seemed to assume unlimited time and energy—something I definitely didn’t have!

That’s what inspired me to become a triathlon coach with a focus on nutrition and overall well being. Over the years, I’ve worked with athletes of all backgrounds, from first-timers to seasoned competitors, and I’ve seen how the right support and flexibility can make all the difference. I’ve also helped countless parents and families discover that it’s possible to pursue big goals without sacrificing wellness or togetherness.

This app is the culmination of everything I’ve learned—combining customizable training plans for all triathlon distances, focused swim, bike, run, and strength options, and practical nutrition guidance. I designed it to be as adaptable as possible, with special features for busy parents and families who want to train together or support each other’s journeys.
