For over 26 years, I've worked as a Registered Clinical Psychologist, supporting neurodivergent adults through some of their toughest moments. My clinical practice is grounded in DBT, ACT, and NLP, but my understanding of meltdown and shutdown goes far beyond textbooks and therapy rooms—it's deeply personal. As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent adult, I've experienced firsthand the collapse of cognition and the tidal wave of overwhelm that so many mental health apps simply don't account for.

I created this app because I was frustrated by the lack of real, usable support for autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD adults in crisis. Most tools demand reading, decision-making, or positivity at the exact moment when those things are impossible. I wanted something different: a single-tap, sensory-aware, body-based approach that meets you exactly where you are, without judgment or pressure.
