For most of my life, I felt like I was missing some secret manual for how to exist in the world. As a late-diagnosed autistic ADHDer, I spent years trying to fit myself into boxes that were never meant for me—using mental health tools that left me overwhelmed, invalidated, or simply exhausted. Even as a clinical psychologist, I saw firsthand how mainstream approaches often failed to honor the realities of neurodivergent minds.
Over the past 26 years, I've worked with thousands of neurodivergent adults as a therapist, educator, and founder of Mindpath Academy. My clinical background in DBT, ACT, and NLP gave me a strong foundation, but it was my own lived experience—and the stories of my clients—that truly shaped my approach. I realized that real, lasting change only happens when we stop trying to "fix" neurodivergence and instead build skills that honor our unique wiring.
This app is the resource I desperately needed during my own journey: practical, flexible, and deeply compassionate. Every lesson, practice, and reflection is designed to meet you where you are, without shame or pressure to mask. I created this app to offer the kind of support I wish I'd found sooner—and to give my clients, and now you, a toolkit that actually works for your brain.
My hope is that this app helps you build self-compassion, resilience, and real-life skills in a way that feels safe, validating, and genuinely helpful. You deserve support that honors who you are.
