I know what it feels like to miss making art.
For years, I kept setting creativity aside —not because I didn’t care about it, but because I couldn’t justify the time.
Even knowing how much better I felt when I was making art, it always seemed reasonable—even necessary—to let it go. There was always something that felt more important, more productive, or more deserving of my energy.
I felt its absence—not just creatively, but mentally and emotionally. Art helps me process, reset, and feel more like myself. Without it, something was off.
Reclaiming my creativity started with something that felt big—creating my first art journal and committing to making art every day for 100 days. I rebuilt a regular art-making habit one small, imperfect piece at a time.
What changed wasn’t just that I started making art again—it was accepting its importance. Expressing creativity in ways I enjoy isn’t something extra. It’s something that supports everything else.
Many of the people I work with haven't lost their interest in creativity—they’ve lost the space, the energy, or the permission to begin again. My approach is shaped by that understanding—making creativity feel approachable, supportive, and possible, right where you are.
Because we’re BETTER WITH ART.
