I know firsthand how challenging it can be for women to prioritize their health and strength—especially as we move through our 40s and beyond. As a wife, mom, and the first Ms Olympia Fitness champion, I’ve spent over three decades helping women transform not just their bodies, but their confidence and mindset during midlife transitions.
My journey began with my own struggles to balance family, career, and self-care. I realized that most fitness programs weren’t designed for women like us—women who want to feel strong, energetic, and in control, but need guidance that fits real life. That’s why I became a certified personal trainer and coach, dedicating my career to creating simple, proven methods that deliver lasting results.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of training celebrities and fitness leaders like Chalene Johnson, Tamra Judge, Kathy Smith, and Jenny McCarthy. But what matters most to me is helping everyday women discover their strength, build lean muscle, lose body fat, and reclaim their energy—no matter their starting point.
