For most of my twenties, I thought I had fitness all figured out. But as I hit my thirties, I realized my old routines just weren’t cutting it anymore. I was working harder than ever, but the results just didn’t show—muscle was harder to build, fat was harder to lose, and my energy wasn’t what it used to be.

That frustration pushed me to dive deep into the science of strength training and nutrition specifically for men over 30. I became a certified strength coach and nutrition specialist, and spent years experimenting with different approaches—on myself and with clients—until I found what actually works for our changing bodies.

I built this app because I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to sift through conflicting advice, especially when most fitness plans are designed for younger guys.
