For over twenty years, I’ve walked the same path that first-time managers are on right now. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to step into a leadership role for the first time—suddenly realizing that managing tasks is nothing like leading people. Early in my career, I made plenty of mistakes, faced uncertainty, and learned through trial and error what it really takes to earn trust, motivate a team, and hold others accountable.
My journey led me to build Lead The Team, where I’ve dedicated my career to helping people become stronger leaders, better communicators, and more effective managers. Through keynote speaking, leadership training, coaching, and direct management roles in sales, business development, automotive, media, and coaching, I’ve worked with leaders across many industries who all faced the same challenges: building confidence, having tough conversations, and inspiring their teams.
As the host of The Leadership Toolkit, I’ve interviewed hundreds of leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, and coaches, gathering real-world insights and best practices that go far beyond theory. My approach is always practical, encouraging, and action-oriented—because I believe leadership is about helping people grow, building relationships, and leading from the front, not just holding a title.
