As a frequent traveller, I found myself constantly chasing the next destination, only to come home feeling depleted, out of sync, and in desperate need of another break. I tried every travel hack and wellness routine out there, but nothing seemed to stick once I was actually on the move.

That struggle led me to dive deep into wellness travel coaching, movement science, and practical routines that actually work for people with unpredictable schedules. I started sharing my journey online, connecting with a community of burnt-out travellers and creators who felt the same way. The more I listened, the more I realized we all needed a better way to plan, reset, and truly enjoy our adventures—without sacrificing our health or happiness.
