My journey with Yoga began over a decade ago, when I was searching for a way to bring more balance and clarity into my daily life. I was fortunate to study under teachers in the lineage of Tirumalai Krishnamacharya, whose traditional Hatha Yoga principles deeply shaped my understanding of the practice.
