I've spent more than a decade helping women build strength, confidence, and healthier habits. As a former Division I track athlete at Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, I've learned what effective training looks like.
But after years of coaching women, and becoming a busy working mom myself, I realized something.
Most women don't need another workout plan.
They already know they should move more, eat more protein, and take better care of themselves.
What they need is a plan that still works when life gets busy.
A plan that survives long workdays, sick kids, vacations, stressful weeks, and everything else life throws at them.
That's why I created Move Your Way.
Not to help women be perfect.
To help them stop feeling like they have to start over every Monday.
Inside the app, I've brought together everything I've learned over the last 10+ years: strength training, daily movement, nutrition, habit coaching, women's health education, recovery, and accountability.
Because I don't believe fitness should take over your life.
I believe it should support the life you're trying to build.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, build strength, have more energy, or simply feel like yourself again, my hope is that Move Your Way gives you the tools, guidance, and confidence to finally build healthy habits that last.
I'm so glad you're here.
Let's get moving.
