My journey as both a plant-based sports dietitian and a marathon runner has shaped every part of my approach to nutrition. When I first transitioned to a plant-based diet, I was determined to prove that endurance athletes could thrive—if not excel—on plants alone. But I quickly realized that most nutrition advice out there was either too generic or didn’t address the unique needs of athletes like us.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked with hundreds of endurance athletes, from weekend warriors to seasoned marathoners, helping them fuel smarter, recover faster, and perform at their best—all with plant-based foods. I’ve seen firsthand how the right nutrition can transform training, boost energy, and support long-term health.

Despite my expertise, I often found myself wishing for a simple, evidence-based tool that could guide athletes through the challenges of plant-based fueling. That’s why I built this app: to take the guesswork out of plant-based sports nutrition and empower you to reach your goals with confidence.
