For most of my adult life, I’ve lived with hypermobility, chronic pain, MCAS, and dysautonomia. As both a clinician and a patient, I know firsthand how exhausting it is to feel dismissed by traditional care, to be told to just stretch or meditate, and to never quite find a program that truly addresses the complexity of our bodies. My journey led me to become an occupational therapist focused on the nervous system, biomechanics, and inflammatory regulation because I needed answers that went beyond generic advice and symptom management.

Through years of clinical practice and personal trial and error, I realized that true progress comes from stabilizing the body, regulating the nervous system, and managing inflammatory load, all at once. I saw how many people, like me, felt fragile, anxious, and overwhelmed by unpredictable symptoms, and how much we needed a structured, evidence-informed approach that actually felt safe and empowering.

This app is the culmination of my lived experience and professional expertise. I designed every feature to address the real barriers we face: from joint instability and pain flares to nervous system overload and food sensitivities. The app is a comprehensive ecosystem for nervous system reconditioning, grounded in science and compassion.
