For most of my life, I believed that getting older meant accepting less energy, more aches, and a body that just wouldn’t cooperate. But as I approached my 50th birthday, I decided to challenge that narrative. I dove deep into weight training, balanced nutrition, and daily lifestyle habits—not just for my clients, but for myself. The results were beyond what I ever imagined: At 50, I’m in the best shape of my life, both physically and mentally.
Over the past 17 years as a personal trainer and nutrition coach, I’ve worked with hundreds of women over 40 who felt overwhelmed by confusing diets, complicated calorie counting, and fitness routines that didn’t fit their lives. I saw firsthand how discouraging it could be to navigate all the conflicting advice out there, especially when traditional approaches just didn’t work anymore.
That’s why I built this app—to simplify the journey for women like us. I wanted to create a tool that makes weight training approachable, nutrition tracking stress-free (without obsessing over calories or macros), and daily habits that are easy to complete, but that stack together to create transformative change. I also included blood work tracking, because sometimes the answers to your plateau is beyond fitness and nutrition.
