Several years ago, I found myself in one of the darkest seasons of my life-facing divorce, career frustration and a deep sense of being stuck. In that season I discovered joy was not a feeling, but a force that could be chosen, practiced and strengthened.

That discovery became The Force of JOY, 30 Days of Joyful Meditation and the 7 Keys of Joyful Living process. After guiding leaders, professionals, pastors and everyday people through this work, I am thrilled to present Joyful Living to bring those same tools into a daily, personalized app experience designed to help users practice joy every day.

Inside the app, users are guided through meditation, reflection, activation exercises and progress tracking to help them build lasting joy.
