Yoga has been a transformative force in my life, but it wasn’t always easy to stay consistent. Early in my journey, I found myself overwhelmed by complicated routines and unsure where to start each day. I wanted to experience the full benefits of yoga, but life’s demands often got in the way, and I’d lose momentum after just a few days.

As a certified yoga instructor, I’ve spent over a decade teaching students from all walks of life.
