My journey into mental health began with my own struggles. For years, I quietly battled anxiety and self-doubt, trying every strategy I could find. Some worked, many didn’t. As I studied and trained to become a Social Worker, I realized how many people felt just as overwhelmed and alone as I once did.
Through over 15 years of practice, I’ve worked with individuals from all walks of life, helping them navigate stress, build resilience, and rediscover their confidence. I’ve seen firsthand that there’s no one-size-fits-all solution, but there are proven tools and techniques that can make a real difference.
I created Everyday Calm to bring together everything I’ve learned, both personally and professionally, into one accessible toolkit. My goal was to design an app that feels like a supportive companion, guiding you step by step through evidence-based practices that actually work in real life.
