On the outside you look fine. On the inside, it might feel like you are barely holding it together. I know that feeling, because I have been there too.
For years, I struggled with anxiety and self doubt and tried so many things to feel better. Some helped, many did not. When I trained as a social worker, I realized how many people were carrying the same invisible weight, feeling overwhelmed and alone.

For more than 15 years, I have helped people understand what is happening in their mind and body, calm their nervous system, and start trusting themselves again. My style is practical and real life focused. You do not need perfection. You need small, doable tools that actually help you get through the day.

I created The Take Out Therapy App to put those tools in your pocket. Inside, you will find simple, evidence based practices you can use in just a few minutes, even when you feel completely drained.
