Move & Thrive

40 min • Full-Body Strength
Stop guessing where to start. Assess your current movement, focus on the areas that need attention, and build strength with a plan informed by your results. Nutrition guidance and daily habits support the work along the way.

You crushed your goal of completing 12 full-body workouts this month.
Record your intake, joint-range measurements, and movement-screen results. Your JAM summary explains your current ratings and priorities for the next four weeks.
Follow targeted mobility work through Release, Restore, Reinforce, and Reintegrate. Drills and progression recommendations reflect your current results and response.
Develop Control, Capacity, and Command with structured training. Log your sessions and use four-week retests to inform the next stage—not just the calendar.
Move & Thrive turns Rob’s A.R.C. Method™ into AI-guided daily activities and personalized programming. Record your starting point, follow targeted Rebuild work and appropriate strength training, then compare results every four weeks.
Record your goals, training history, joint-range measurements, and movement-screen results. Enter or upload qualified assessment findings where needed.
Understand submitted results through a joint-by-joint summary, rating explanations, and proposed mobility and training priorities.
Follow about 10 minutes of targeted mobility work on non-training days, or incorporate it into your training warm-up. Log completion and your response.
Train through Control, Capacity, and Command with exercise options informed by your assessment, equipment, technique, and restrictions.
Record load, repetitions, effort, and pain for each set. Use your logs to discuss suitable adjustments and next-session progression with the AI Coach.
Repeat assessments at weeks 4, 8, 12, and 16, then every four weeks. Compare submitted ranges and movement results with your baseline to guide the next block.
Use a three-day full-body or four-day upper/lower plan, with optional suitable off-day cardio and a lighter fourth week for recovery and retesting.
Support your training with practical nutrition guidance, educational activities, recovery habits, and regular check-ins.
Track body weight, waist, pain scores, and workout completion. Ask the AI Coach to explain your plan and help you stay consistent.

Kinesiologist, IFBB Professional Bodybuilder, and creator of the assessment-led A.R.C. Method™: Assess, Rebuild, Condition.
My journey in movement and performance began over 40 years ago, driven by a deep curiosity about how the body works and a passion for helping others reach their full potential. As a Kinesiologist and IFBB Professional Bodybuilder, I've dedicated my life to understanding the science of exercise, nutrition, and intentional movement and, more importantly, to sharing that knowledge with people from all walks of life.
Throughout my career, I've coached everyone from beginners taking their first steps toward fitness to elite athletes chasing peak performance. I've seen firsthand how the right combination of movement and nutrition can transform not just bodies, but lives, improving confidence, energy, and overall well-being.
But I also know how overwhelming it can be to start, or to break through plateaus. That's why I created this app: to make expert guidance accessible, practical, and sustainable for anyone, no matter their starting point. Every lesson, workout, and tip in this app is rooted in proven methods I've refined over decades of hands-on coaching and personal experience on the world stage.
My hope is that this app empowers you to move with purpose, fuel your body wisely, and discover just how much better you can feel, inside and out. Let's take this journey together, one intentional step at a time.
Your AI Coach uses Rob’s A.R.C. framework and the information you share to explain your training, support daily consistency, and recommend appropriate adjustments. Progression is informed by your results—not promised on a fixed date.
Assess → Rebuild → Condition, with four-week checkpoints to guide your next block.
