As an Olympian and former professional runner, I’ve experienced the highs of world-class competition and the lows of injury setbacks that come from pushing the limits without the right support systems in place.

For years, I followed rigid training plans that didn’t account for the realities of daily life: unpredictable work schedules, travel fatigue, or the subtle warning signs of overuse. I saw firsthand how even the most talented athletes could be derailed by injuries that might have been prevented with better data and more adaptive programming.
