Created by Sharon Pope

"I created this app to help families move through divorce with greater peace"

Sharon Pope

Sharon Pope

Relationship Expert, Master Life Coach and 7-time #1 best-selling author who has guided thousands through difficult relationship decisions.

I've spent more than a decade sitting with people in some of the hardest moments of their lives.

I've helped thousands of people wrestle with whether to stay or go, navigate betrayal and broken trust, have conversations they've been avoiding for years, and ultimately decide what comes next.

And here's something I've learned:
How you move through the ending matters.

Divorce can bring out the worst in people. Fear takes over. Anger starts making decisions. Every text becomes a battle. Friends and family have opinions. Attorneys can tell you what you're legally entitled to, but that doesn't necessarily tell you what choice is right for you.

You can't control how your spouse behaves through this process. You can't guarantee there won't be conflict. And you won't handle every moment perfectly.
But you get to decide who you want to be as you move through it.

That's why I created Peaceful Divorce.

I wanted you to have somewhere to turn in the moments when you don't know what to say, what to do next, or whether you're thinking clearly. Somewhere you can slow everything down, separate fear from truth, and make decisions you'll still feel good about when this chapter of your life is behind you.

You don't need to have a perfect divorce. You just need to become better equipped to handle an imperfect one.

A different way to move through divorce...Because the goal isn't simply to get through your divorce. It's to like who you are when you get to the other side.

Separate what you can control from what you can't
Make decisions from clarity instead of fear or anger
Keep your children out of the middle
Stop letting everyone else's opinions drown out your own
Know when to engage and when to step away
Say what needs to be said without making things worse
Set boundaries without using them as weapons
Make choices your future self will be proud of
personalized to you
