My journey began in the lab, studying the root-cause biochemistry underlying the mind-body connection - but quickly expanded to helping Olympic-level athletes to maximize mental and physical performance.
For the past 30 years, I’ve focused on helping people who felt exhausted, overwhelmed, and stuck in a cycle of being tired yet wired - to reach their own personal level of “peak performance.”
During that time, I've published 15 books on the biochemistry of stress resilience and peak performance - and developed a comprehensive online curriculum that has helped over a thousand clients transform their lives.
What I kept seeing, again and again, was that most people don't need another quick fix - they need a real, sustainable system for restoring balance and building resilience.
