When I crossed into my late forties, I realized that the rules for health, strength, and happiness had changed. As a lifelong athlete and IFBB Pro Bodybuilder, I thought I knew everything about training and nutrition—but my body and mind started sending new signals. I faced challenges with energy, aches & pains (including arthritis), recovery, and motivation that I’d never experienced before. It was humbling, and honestly, a little scary.
Instead of giving in, I dove deeper. With my background in NLP and nutrition, combined with my advanced strength training experience I drove harder. I re-engineered routines, put more attention on daily mindset, and applied optimization to physical and mental anchors. I became obsessed with finding what truly works for the over 40 club, myself included.
I’ve had the privilege of coaching 15-80 year-old people from all walks of life and from different parts of the world. I’ve witnessed firsthand how powerful it is when someone (especially) over 40 takes control of their health, breaks free from limiting beliefs, and starts building strength and confidence again. They embody & appreciate their achievement; ultimately finding a stronger side of themselves. That inspired me to create this app: to share the exact strategies, tools, and daily practices that have helped me and my clients reverse age, feel optimal, and live with purpose.
