Growing up, I faced constant digestive discomfort—pain, bloating, and confusion about what my body was trying to tell me. As a child and young adult, I saw countless doctors and tried endless remedies, but nothing seemed to truly help. My journey as a registered nurse gave me a strong foundation in conventional medicine, but I always felt there was something missing when it came to understanding the root causes of digestive issues.

Determined to find answers, I dove into research, exploring holistic and functional medicine approaches. Through years of trial, error, and learning, I was finally able to resolve my own symptoms and reclaim my health. This experience inspired me to pursue further studies in Holistic Functional Medicine, so I could help others find the answers I once searched for.
