For over three decades, I've dedicated my career to understanding how people make decisions—especially when emotions run high and the stakes feel personal. As an organizational psychologist, I've worked with leaders, teams, and individuals to help them see their blind spots, interpret ambiguous situations more accurately, and act with greater clarity. But it wasn't until I started hearing the same frustrations from friends and clients about dating—'Why do I keep ending up here?' or 'Why does it always feel like I'm missing something?'—that I realized how much this expertise was needed outside the workplace.
I saw that most dating advice focused on surface-level tips or endless self-reflection, but rarely addressed the real-time, emotionally loaded decisions people face. I wanted to create something different: a practical, situation-driven tool that helps people cut through confusion and see what's actually happening in their dating lives, not just what they hope or fear is happening.
Date Wise is the result of that vision. It draws on my background in decision science and behavioral psychology, but it's designed for everyday use—when you're staring at your phone, replaying a conversation, or wondering if you should send that message. My goal was to make something direct, honest, and genuinely helpful, without judgment or false promises.
I believe that with the right support, anyone can learn to spot patterns, interpret signals more accurately, and make decisions that protect their time and energy. My hope is that this app gives you the clarity and confidence to break old cycles and invest in situations that truly have potential.
