For much of my life, I searched for God in all the traditional places—mosques, temples, churches—hoping to find answers and a sense of connection. Yet, despite my devotion, I often left feeling like something was missing. It wasn’t until I experienced a profound personal awakening that I realized I had been overlooking the divine presence all around me, in the ordinary moments and places we so often ignore. I learned so much more on November 18th, 2002, when for one second I was in the Intensive care unit of the Waltham Hospital, with two friends at the end of my bed, and the next second I was one with everything, and nothing, one with God. I learned that the unconditional love of God is true and that God was in the now, the now moment, every moment.
This realization inspired me to write my book, "You Missed God on the way to The Mosque, The Temple, or the Church - How to See God Everywhere." Through my writing and teaching, I’ve helped thousands of people shift their perspective and discover the sacred in their daily lives, no matter where they are or what they’re doing. The app includes a copy of the manuscript. The added bonus of my new book, "What Reaches You Was Never Meant to Miss You," and the Reflection Study Guide are included. You can download both and add this to help you expand your ideas of living with Spirit in the Now. The Now is where everything is happening at once in a Universe and where God resides. Humans are the only creatures with a past and a future, so we can learn and grow by falling and lamenting, both of which take us away from what is real: the Present.
I created this app to offer a practical, interactive way for anyone to experience what I’ve learned firsthand. The app is designed to guide you in mapping out the divine in your own world, helping you notice the signs, moments, and places where God is present—often in the most unexpected ways.
My hope is that this app becomes a companion on your spiritual journey, opening your eyes to the beauty and presence of God everywhere. May it help you find meaning, connection, and peace in every step you take.
