See What's Really Happening Beneath Your Relationships.

Relationships are shaped by patterns that build quietly over time — what gets misunderstood, what stops being said, and what each person learns to expect. Sticko helps you spot those patterns, understand what may be underneath them, and know what to try next.

You’re trying to fix the problem before they feel heard.
Look beyond the argument, silence, distance or behaviour and explore what may actually be driving it.
See the needs, fears and assumptions that could be sitting underneath someone's behaviour — without pretending to know exactly what they're thinking.
Turn insight into one small, practical action you can use in the relationship that matters to you.
Sticko helps you notice the patterns hiding inside everyday interactions — the silence, distance, reactions and repeated moments that are easy to misread.
Each day, you’ll get personalized insights, short exercises and practical next steps based on the relationship you want to understand. So you don’t just learn more about relationships. You start seeing your own differently.
Tell Sticko what’s happening, who the relationship is with, and what you want to understand. Your experience adapts from there.
Notice the repeated reactions, assumptions and emotional signals that can be easy to miss when you’re inside the relationship.
Explore the needs, fears and learned patterns that may explain behaviour — without pretending to know exactly what someone else is thinking.
Turn insight into one small, practical response you can actually use in your next real interaction.
See your journey unfold through what you’re noticing, trying and learning in this relationship over time.
Keep a record of what you’re noticing, trying and learning as you experience this relationship over time.
Bring a conversation, reaction or difficult moment to Sticko and look at it again from a different angle.

When something happens and you’re not sure what to make of it, use your coach to explore it and decide what to do next.

Making relationship psychology useful, relatable and occasionally uncomfortably accurate.
I started Sticko Explains with a simple question: why can two people care about each other and still completely misunderstand what’s happening between them?
So I began turning relationship psychology into simple, relatable videos — with stickmen, uncomfortable truths and the occasional bit of dry humour. Millions of views later, one thing became obvious: people don’t just want to know what is happening in their relationships. They want to understand why.
But understanding is only useful if you can do something with it.
That’s why I built the Sticko App.
You tell Sticko what’s happening — the argument that keeps repeating, the child who suddenly seems distant, the partner you can’t quite reach, or even a reaction in yourself you don’t understand. Sticko helps you look beneath the obvious explanation, spot patterns you may have missed, and work out one practical thing to try next.
It’s the same idea behind Sticko Explains: make psychology useful, relatable and occasionally uncomfortably accurate. Except now, it’s built around your relationship.
No psychology degree required. Thankfully.
Sticko adapts to the relationship you’re working on, what’s happening right now, and the patterns you’re beginning to notice. The parent–child example below shows one possible daily flow; your guidance is shaped around your own relationship context.
It only takes a few minutes to get started.
Share who the relationship is with, what’s been happening and what you want to understand or change.
Sticko turns what you’ve shared into a step-by-step journey shaped around your situation and goals.
