Who are you when there are no titles around?
That question has shaped my life, my TEDx talk Uncovered, my book Beyond Titles, and now this app.
For two decades, I have helped people sit with the questions a title cannot answer. How do I use my voice? What actually belongs to me? What am I saying yes to because it is right, and what am I saying yes to because I am afraid to disappoint people? What happens when the role changes, ends, expands, or no longer fits?
My work has taken me through places like Google, Meta, Salesforce, and Gartner, but the lesson was never about the logos.
It was this: a title can change how people see you, but it cannot tell you who you are.
I created this app because that truth is not reserved for big life moments. It shows up in the small ones too. In the meeting where you almost silence yourself. In the opportunity that looks good but feels off. In the boundary you keep negotiating. In the next step you can feel before you can explain it.
This is a place to get honest, hear yourself again, and choose from there.
Not from fear. Not from performance. Not from the version of you everyone else can easily explain.
