I was definitely NOT born organized! I struggled for years to find the methods that worked for me – and what didn’t. (A LOT of what didn’t.) As an adult I was also diagnosed with ADHD.
Because of this I spent decades diving into the psychology of organizing and making progress on the projects and tasks we really want to do.
Through all of that work, I kept seeing the same thing:
Most people don’t need another planner, another system, or someone telling them to “just get motivated.”
They need help figuring out how to make the next step feel less overwhelming, which project on their ever-growing to-do list is most important, and how to get unstuck when their brain feels overloaded, the project feels too big, or they’ve been busy all day and somehow still haven’t moved the thing they really want to finish forward.
I know that feeling soooooo well.
I wish I had a magic wand to make it all easier. Since I haven’t found one of those yet, I created this app to be that support. The kind of support I’ve wished I could hand people in those exact moments—the reminder, clarity, encouragement, and next small step that helps you stop spinning, stop freezing and start moving again.
It keeps track of where you are and what comes next, helps break big or messy projects into smaller steps, and gives you practical support when perfectionism, procrastination, distraction, overwhelm, or life itself knocks you off track.
It works even if you are terrible at routines, you don’t have a lot of time to dedicate every day, or your health, mood, willpower and energy can change on a dime.
You don’t have to feel motivated every day. You don’t have to have the whole plan figured out. And you definitely don’t have to do everything at once.
My goal is simply to help you work with the way you actually think, make progress with the time and energy you really have, and finally see progress as you go from “Ugh, I still need to deal with that.” to “Yes! I did it!”
