I tried the self-help books, the workshops, the wellness trends, and all the things I thought were meant to “fix” me, but nothing created the lasting change I was searching for.It wasn’t until I discovered the power of nervous system regulation, embodiment, self-trust, and intentional manifestation that things truly began to shift. I started to understand that real transformation doesn’t come from forcing yourself to become someone else - it comes from learning how to come back to yourself.My journey led me to become a Manifestation & Identity Coach, Spiritual Life Coach, Reiki Master, Yoga & Meditation Teacher, and to support women through their own seasons of growth, healing, and transformation. I realised that so many of us have been taught to push through, ignore our needs, silence our intuition, and chase a version of success that leaves us feeling disconnected.
