I was frustrated by the lack of resources tailored to women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and the unique metabolic shifts of midlife. Every app and program seemed to be built for younger women or generic audiences, leaving those of us over 40 feeling overlooked and underserved.
As a certified nutritionist and cookbook author, I knew there had to be a better way. I started researching, experimenting, and connecting with other women in this stage of life. Through my own journey—and the stories of tens of thousands of women in our community—I developed The Thrive Method: a framework built on protein and fiber first nutrition, blood sugar stability, muscle preservation, gut health, and sustainable habit stacking.
