My path began with traditional meditation and years of immersive practice, including long Vipassana retreats and deep exploration of awareness through breath, stillness, and observation.
Over time, I discovered the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, a remarkable text offering 112 direct meditation methods—each one a doorway into awareness. What struck me most was its radical simplicity. These techniques are not philosophical ideas but practical experiments in consciousness that can be explored by anyone.
Over the years, I approached these methods not as concepts to study, but as experiences to test in my own practice.
