For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to contemplative practice—not as philosophy or belief, but as a direct, living experience. My path began with traditional meditation and years of immersive practice, including long Vipassana retreats and deep exploration of awareness through breath, stillness, and observation.
Over time, I discovered the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, a remarkable text offering 112 direct meditation methods—each one a doorway into awareness. What struck me most was its radical simplicity. These techniques are not philosophical ideas but practical experiments in consciousness that can be explored by anyone.
Over the years, I approached these methods not as concepts to study, but as experiences to test in my own practice. Through this process, I saw how powerful these ancient instructions are when presented simply and without unnecessary complexity. Yet I also noticed that many of these teachings are often hidden behind heavy interpretation or difficult language.
This inspired me to create this app: a modern gateway into the 112 meditation techniques of the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra. Each practice is distilled into a clear and accessible 15-minute guided meditation, designed to fit naturally into everyday life while remaining faithful to the spirit of the original teachings.
My approach is minimal and experiential. Rather than adding beliefs or complex explanations, I invite you to explore awareness directly and discover what is already present within you.
I believe these practices belong to anyone who values direct experience over theory, and who feels the call to explore consciousness with sincerity, curiosity, and openness. My hope is that this app becomes a living library of doorways—one you can return to again and again, allowing the depth of practice to unfold naturally over time.
