Created by Vaish Sarathy, Ph.D.

I built this from my journey homeschooling my non-speaking son who is Autistic and has Down Syndrome at a time when no-one was willing to work with him.

Vaish Sarathy, Ph.D.

Vaish Sarathy, Ph.D.

Educator, TEDX Speaker and mom to a non-speaking poet with Down Syndrome and Autism, Vaish has helped hundreds of families achieve access to age appropriate education.

My journey into this world began when my son, who is both autistic and has Down syndrome, was left behind by every curriculum and expectation. I left my engineering job at Intel because I refused to accept the limits others placed on him. There was no roadmap for us—so I built one from scratch, guided by the unwavering belief that intelligence is always present, even when the world can’t see it yet.

I started with simple, casual daily practices, assuming competence and letting my son’s abilities reveal themselves over time. The results were transformative: my son, once underestimated by nearly everyone, is now a published poet. Our story resonated with other families, and soon I was helping parents across the world—over 200 families so far—find hope and practical strategies when they needed it most.

Through my podcast and social media, I have connected with nearly 40,000 families who share the same fears and dreams. I know exactly where parents lose faith, and I’ve seen firsthand how a small shift in approach can reignite hope and progress. This app is the culmination of everything I’ve learned—every setback, every breakthrough, and every moment of joy.

My hope is that this app gives you the tools, confidence, and community you need to teach your child age-appropriate academics, starting today. You are not alone, and your child’s intelligence deserves to be seen and celebrated.

It has created a MINDSHIFT. This shift in my thoughts and beliefs about my son and what he is capable of is what continues to push us forward and ultimately see results. NLE completely changed the way I interact with my son and in turn it's changed the way he interacts with us and that has changed everything in our family. I can't even tell you how many people I've already told about your course. We even spoke to teachers and his therapists. In fact his teachers want to do NLE next

Vaish and Non Linear Education has not only changed how I teach my daughter with Down syndrome, it has given her access and more ways to communicate about age level and even higher academic information. She is no longer “stuck” and bored with the basics, we spend our time having discussions about great literature, marveling over the wonders of science, and diving deep into history. She is observing the world around her and asking me non-stop questions. Learning has become her best and most reliable regulation tool!
