I have worked with many athletes who have attempted to dismiss their struggles, fearing judgment or consequences that could impact their career and relationships within the sport. Over the years, I realized that true strength comes from acknowledging our challenges and learning to separate self-worth from athletic achievements. I became passionate about helping athletes navigate these transitions, cope with criticism, and find their voice in a world that often tells them to stay silent if they want to be successful.
