For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by the human mind... Why we think, feel, and react the way we do. That curiosity led me to pursue a Master's in Positive Psychology at the University of Melbourne, where I discovered that happiness isn't just luck, it's something we can understand, practice, and build through small daily habits.
Over the past several years, I’ve dedicated my work to making these science-backed strategies accessible to everyone. Through my platform, I’ve built a community of over 62,000 people who are eager to learn about emotional intelligence, resilience, and wellbeing. But what I kept hearing, again and again, was that people didn’t need more information- they needed simple, actionable ways to apply it in their daily lives.
That’s why I created this app. I wanted to bridge the gap between knowing what helps and actually doing it. Every feature in the app (from the short daily tools to the guided routines and educational insights), comes from my experience helping real people move from feeling overwhelmed and reactive to feeling calm, intentional, and in control.
