For as long as I can remember, I've been fascinated by the way our bodies move and the impact posture has on our daily lives. My journey began over fifteen years ago, when I started working as a posturologist and corrective exercise specialist. I saw firsthand how poor posture could lead to pain, fatigue, and even long-term health issues - and how the right guidance could truly transform someone's quality of life.
Over the years, I've worked with people from all walks of life: office workers struggling with back pain, athletes seeking better alignment, and individuals who simply wanted to feel more comfortable in their own bodies. Each story was unique, but the challenges were often the same -confusion about what good posture really means, uncertainty about how to assess it, and frustration with generic advice that never seemed to work.
That's why I decided to create this app. I wanted to make my proven assessment techniques and corrective methods accessible to anyone, anywhere. My approach is rooted in science, but it's also practical and compassionate. I believe that everyone deserves to understand their body and have the tools to improve it, no matter their starting point.
