For most of my life, I struggled with anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and burnout. I tried everything—medication, therapy, meditation—but nothing truly shifted my experience until I discovered the power of breathwork. Through consistent practice, I was able to get off medication and finally feel deeply healthy, grounded, and spiritually aligned. That transformation changed everything for me, and I knew I had to share it with others.
Over the past decade, I’ve personally guided more than 20,000 people through transformative breathwork sessions, both in-person and online. I founded the Frequency Breathwork Practice and created Diamond Rose Sanctuary, the first breathwork-focused retreat center in Connecticut. I teach in person in NYC, the Hamptons, and Connecticut and travel across the world leading breathwork retreats.
What makes my approach unique is the integration of science and spirituality. The Frequency Breathwork Practice is the only breathwork technique currently being scientifically studied for its impact on PTSD, and I’m working closely with doctors and researchers to bring evidence-based healing to as many people as possible. I’m certified as a Breathwork teacher and Kundalini yoga instructor, and I had the chance to lead Hoda on the Today Show through a breathwork session to demonstrate its power for immediate stress and anxiety relief.
