For as long as I can remember, I've been interested in what shapes us — our experiences, emotions, beliefs, creativity and the deeper parts of ourselves that aren't always easy to put into words.
My own journey began as an artist, where I discovered the power of creativity and symbolism as ways of expressing and exploring what words sometimes cannot. Over the years, my work evolved alongside this. I became a BACP-registered Therapeutic Arts Integrative Counsellor, Certified Life Coach and EFT Practitioner, working with young people and adults in private practice, schools and community settings.
Through this work, I've seen how much can change when we have the opportunity to understand ourselves differently. Sometimes that comes through talking or reflection; sometimes through creativity, movement, mindfulness or EFT. At other times, it's about recognising what we really want, changing an old pattern, setting a goal or taking one practical step forward. Many of these are also things I've found helpful in my own life. Creativity, movement, meditation, reflection and learning to listen to my intuition have all played a part in helping me find clarity, navigate change and work out what I want to move towards.Inner Canvas grew from wanting to bring these different parts of my personal and professional experience together in one place. It combines art and creativity, life coaching, EFT, meditation, breathwork, movement and reflective practices, alongside opportunities to explore intuition and inner wisdom. There is no single way to use Inner Canvas. The experience is personalised around you — what you're experiencing, what you're interested in, what you'd like to explore and what you want to move towards.
My hope is that Inner Canvas gives you a space to understand yourself more deeply, reconnect with your confidence and creativity, discover what supports you and take meaningful steps towards the life you want to create.
