My Passion


Sprint training has been my passion since I first stepped onto the track. As a 16-year-old sprinter, I've dedicated countless hours to understanding not just how to run fast, but how to train smarter — using biomechanics, targeted gym routines, and recovery strategies. Now, AI helps me take that knowledge even further.

The Problem I Saw

When I started, I struggled to find resources that brought together all the key elements of sprinting: technique, strength, nutrition, and recovery. Most apps were generic. None used AI to actually analyze your form or personalize your training. That's what inspired me to create this app.
