Build Strength with Crissus 💪 — a legs-focused, full-body session. Choose light weights you can control, leave 2–3 reps in reserve, and progress at your own pace. Start with one set if needed; build toward two.
March for 60 seconds, do 8 slow bodyweight squats to a bench and 8 unloaded hip hinges, circle your shoulders 10 times each way, then march easily for another 60 seconds.
Hold a light dumbbell at your chest. Brace, sit down between your hips, keep knees tracking with toes, then stand tall. Rest 60–90 seconds between sets. Easier: bodyweight sit-to-stand from a stable bench.
Keep knees soft and dumbbells close to your legs. Push hips back with a neutral back, stop at a comfortable hamstring stretch, then stand tall. Rest 60–90 seconds. Easier: unloaded hip hinge toward a wall.
Start without weights. Hold sturdy support, stagger your feet, lower straight down through a comfortable range, then press through your front foot. Rest 60 seconds between sides. Easier: shallow supported split squat or sit-to-stand.
Support one hand on a stable bench, keep your back neutral, pull your elbow toward your hip, then lower slowly. Rest 60 seconds. Easier: use a lighter dumbbell and a shorter comfortable range.
Lie on the floor with knees bent and elbows 30–45 degrees from your torso. Press up, then lower under control until your upper arms gently touch the floor. Rest 60–90 seconds. Easier: wall push-ups.
Walk gently and let your breathing settle. Note how the session felt and which weights you used.
Rest longer whenever you need. When every set feels controlled at the top of the rep range, add one rep or the smallest weight increase next time. Stop an exercise if it causes sharp pain.
