Pearce is the Co-Founder and Managing Creative Partner of Absolute Sync, a music synchronization licensing and publishing company based out of Los Angeles and Toronto, Canada. He is the lead Music Producer and Songwriter, creating music for sync music placements and various artist projects. His success in sync has included song placements with SuperChannel, Netflix, CW Network and CBS Studios. His musical collaborations include work with Award winning hit producer Justin Gray (John Legend, Mariah Carey, Avril Lavigne, Toy Story 4, Target, Lego Ninjago), JT Roach (One Republic), Nikki Flores (Nas, Mya), Dyson (Songland, Nickelodeon), King Flexx/Romell (NFL, Michael Che), members of N'Sync Lance Bass and Joey Fatone (On the Line), Tom Jackson, Country superstar Jason McCoy (The Road Hammers), Emerson Drive, Randy Bachman (BTO and The Guess Who) and Tal Bachman (She's So High) to name a few. Pearce was also a Music Producer, Executive Producer and the Lead Songwriter for the country musical feature film "Country Crush" currently on Superchannel, starring Country superstars Jana Kramer and Madeline Merlo (Songland, Lady A) released in 2016. In 1998 to 2002, Pearce was one quarter of the successful Canadian vocal music group V.I.P. (Voices In Public), having performed to audiences of thousands in Europe and North America. V.I.P. won a Canadian Radio Music Award for Best New Group and a Genie Award (the Canadian Oscar) for Best Original Song. Pearce co-wrote V.I.P.'s biggest song "Just My Luck" which ended up on top ten playlists across the country in Canada. He has had numerous cuts on various projects worldwide totaling sales in excess of 250,000 units. In 2002 Pearce was cast in a variety principle leading role as one of the barbershop quartet members, Oliver Hix in the Emmy nominated movie Disney's "The Music Man" starring Matthew Broderick and Kristen Chenoweth. In 2005 he was cast in a leading role in the YTV/Disney TV series Monster Warriors co-starring Jared Keeso (LetterKenny). His voice acting work includes the lead character 'Tigrr-Jaxxon' in the Gemini nominated TV Series "Bolts and Blip" in 2011 and played 'Carlos' one of the leads in Emmy award winning PBS's hit show "Postcards from Buster" between 2007 to 2012 (from the hit kids show "Arthur"). Alongside his award winning voice work, singing, acting, writing and producing abilities his background includes professional fundraising, media entertainment and public relations. Pearce provides a unique skill set and range of experience. He has successfully raised capital on various multi-million-dollar projects from municipal initiatives to feature film productions. Pearce has extensive experience in front of the camera, behind the camera, on the stage, in the studio and around the boardroom table.
